3) Those who not want to commit MCB, should not jump in now

101794991 : MCB in this case means as existing shareholders, you have the privilege to buy bond (buy bond means you loan money to the company) at a discounted price. As bond holders, you'll receive payment at coupon rate (coupon rate=interest rate) before conversion date. Conversion means the money that the company owes you will be converted to shares; bond holders then become shareholders. Your shareholding will increase. MCB does NOT means your existing shares will be converted to bond.
