Sorry, newbie here. Can anyone share why does the "withdrawable cash" and the "cash" differ, even when i do not have any pending "buy"?

ProducerofProduce : Cash has to settle and then the deposit has to go through. I always figure 8 business days
Howjian : Check your funds on hold and also it takes a few days before you can use the cash after you sold a stock
