The only thing that resembles a check mark is the little y next to the line below the "sus line in BOLD." It states: Definitive Proxy Statement.......... It also helps it LITERALLY says this five lines into the document.
"Proxy Statement Pursuant to blah, blah, blah"

I've seen this piece of paper being used to spread FUD. Almost funny considering it's insignificance. Until you see people taking it seriously.
