disassembly line : its legal, but it used to be instituitions who would do this afterhours. anyone can trade options afterhours these days, though.
GraphitePencil : Idk but most likely settling up as it is expiration day. Most options are sorted through tomorrow morning
disassembly line : id describe it as rare and even more risky than trading options during regular hours rather than illegal. lower liquidity, bigger price spread, you get the idea
