umbrager : If you think there is good potential growth then you shouldn't invest in it. Amc is a company that is dying and was saved by the apes. The reason why the stock price went up is because of hf shorting and other practise etc. The apes have been defending amc by buying its shares. The chances of it going up even higher is there but this is a highly volatile stock. If you intend to buy, you better make sure you have diamond hands
PpZz : Just buy. Price don't wait for you. If you unsure, just buy a bit first then add accordingly to your decision based on market movement.
Mcsnacks H Tupack : Think of it this way. Wall Street knew that AMC was going up because they started keeping tabs on everything in February after January 28th. Wall Street using certain tools could thus mitigate the risk associated with holding short positions, and learn when a stampede of retail traders would arrive and snap up the shorted company’s shares. Now they will sell off those shares driving the price down. If you want to buy in Id wait until they are done selling off their shares they bought to hedge. After a peak rise stocks will fall and usually form a cup and handle. You want to buy in at the bottom of the cup. A buy signal for bottom of the cup would come at the average cost paid plus 5% of the max price of the cup. So 18.30 plus 3.75 would make the signal buy in price of 22.05. With support being at 14.40 leaves a risk of 30% loss.

GreenKing : Mathematically if the short squeeze happens, the price may shoot to 100k to 500k, I suggest you just buy 1 share, at least if it reaches 500k, you didn’t miss out, and if it doesn’t ....how much do you lose for 1 share? Just my opinion
