Dirtman : They can't ads shares or dilute shares as and when they want. They will need to hold a voting. What they been doing is selling their own personal or shares they own. Don't get confused

Dirtman : What they proposing for 2022 or 2023 is to add more shares into their float which requires a full voting and sec approval. Correct me if i am wrong
