Yalole : Short pool increase because more institutions are offering for short sellers to borrow. This is because the price and trade volume had fallen, thus it seems more profitable to earn interest from loaning the shares.
Short interest decreased because short-sellers have pulled back. This could be attributed to the attention short-sellers were getting over the past few days. It could also be that short-sellers have turned their attention to other stocks.
Correct me if i'm wrong.
