Why are people talking about not being able to buy before funds clearing… you realize they allow you to use it as buying power and i do it every single time… i even checked with customer support a whole back and as long as it clears nothing happens Lol.
So unless youre not good with your bank account and are worried about clearing, there isnt a need to wait. Absolutely Zero interest or fees have been charged to me and its taken them 8 days to clear before.
