WOOKIEE : Dear MooMoo, many of us hope you could consider removing the bulletin chat feature over the live charts. There are lots of people abusing it by spamming incessantly and spreading fear and doubt. At times, there are also vulgar and insensitive posts which are detrimental to the community health with people arguing behind the walls of anonymity.
If removing it is not possible, please consider the following feedback for improvements :
• Bulletin messages that when clicked upon, directs you to the Moomoo user (no longer anonymous)
• Adopt a reputation system to enable only accounts with high standing to send a message in bulletin (how to identity accounts with standing? You can also introduce a vote up / vote down system in comments section so that credible user-validated posts are surfaced higher, filterable by New posts and Hot posts etc.)
• Time buffer between bulletin messages to limit spam
• Increase algorithm for spam detection on bulletin messages (e.g. no annoying message like “sell now sell now sell now sell now”)
• Introduce bans and long cooldown for users who flout rules

RyanT2021 WOOKIEE : I agree with Wookiee's feedback, the bulletin post function needs to be regulated/moderated so that it isn't abused to influence trading. You could just limit the bulletin function for only moomoo admin to post impt financial news/announcements.
I think making it non-anonymous is good for accountabilty. Please look into this to make the moomoo trading platform a better platform for everyone, thank you.
