$Torchlight Energy Resources Inc (TRCH.US)$ I am thinking of when to sell it. Can I sell on the 25th before the merger but after the dividends? when will the dividend reach my acct?

Mike Hunt : Yes. As long as you satisfy the T+2 from June 22 which is satisfied by holding through the 24th. I imagine the special dividend shares will be distributed through the brokerage firm you use. Kinda like how cash dividends are dispersed
