I read thru the paperwork and it looks like the SEC is having them put it on file so that people will stop piling into the stock trying to make it squeeze. SEC isn’t allowing another AMC. They didn’t register an amount of shares just a threat of a prospectus if people keep buying in driving the price up without news being released.
