OldNormanBates : META will be the new Ticker here... META Materials is in a totally different place than TRCH. Please DD Due Diligence on what new technologies 'meta materials' are. Given that it's not oil and gas, and far into New Tech, IMHO it's going to have a good long term place to invest in.. just need to look at how good MMATF did on OTC Mkt to see that it's going to be fun to be around.

OldNormanBates : your common shares well turn to META and your Series A TRCH will stay as the holder for your Special Dividend expectation from sale of Oil and Gas Production and Land Assets until rewarded, or until EOY December 2021.

OldNormanBates Sacadian OP : You will own the same amount of Common Stock Shares of META that you have as TRCH Today. Just a merger, Ticker Name Change. Same Price.
Now the TRCH Class A Shares, (Special Dividend) are different. I don't know exactly, but my guess is that they'll have no par value (0.0001)/Sh , as they're just a place holder for you to get the Cash Dividends later in the year, when sale of the oil and gas assets and land are finalized, and then the cash gets divided up by number of shares outstanding of TRCH on the Record Date (when you got the Special Dividend Class A Shares). Do you understand now? I'm not close to a professional here so I'm just going on what I've read, so take your time and do your own DD Due Diligence research for the exacting Understanding you really need.
