$AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ you guys do realize you don't have to finalize your vote today? I'm going to clarify that if the vote goes in favor of the added shares, those share CAN NOT be used until 2022. This company still has to thrive and I will be reinvesting into AMC after the squeeze.

C w6 : I wish they would reword the ammendment to give access to 25 million shares but put a limit to how much dilution they can add per quarter to limit their ability to simply ask for more again in 2022. That said they need capitol and the shares help them with that so I'm just nitpicking on wanting something they will likely do anyway to have been put in writing.
