$Torchlight Energy Resources Inc(TRCH.US$ The reason I believe that Elon musk and George will announce partnerships after the dividend and before the merger is because that will add incredible valuation to the market cap of meta-materials stock. we all know that it’s a tricky game valuing a growth stock because there is no earnings to calculate P/E etc. A partnership with Tesla and SpaceX could be worth a couple hundred million dollars to the market cap just by themselves on the expectation of future profits from the deal.
