Omg-oMg-omG : From what we understand from the CEO, it would be between $1-20 per share payout. You have to get in today and hold till 24 June. You can do whatever you want 25 June onwards. Payout will be through your fund account.
The holy Emperor : you also if you hold till the 30th of June get a new stock converted 1:1 called meta. it's pretty decent long term but yeah you can sell on 25 for dividend I think buy today on 22

They're going to be the place holder for the Distribution of the Monetary Part Of The Assets and Oil/Gas Production and Land That Will Be Sold By TRCH as the Merger Goes on and META merger takes place. The Sales of TRCH Assets will go on over the next months and the money from time to time before the end of the Asset Sales Final Date, Dec 31 2021,Will Be Paid Into the Preferred Shares As The Monetary Dividends Part. Final Date Dec 31 2021 For All Assets To Be Completely Sold Off, and TRCH Preferred Class A Shares End. Very complex, reverse merger agreement between Meta Materials and Torchlight TRCH. TRCH becomes META by June 30,2021 as Merger. That's why Preferred Shares left as place holder for the Asset Sales Money...
