70900497 : No you will get 1 for 1 mmat which will be a brand new ticker on nasdaq at the trch current price at time of ticker change. The value will be trch value because they are the nasdaq listed portion of the merge. I’m not a financial expert but I would expect when the ticker changes maybe even slightly before a sell off and the price to drop but I am very VERY bullish in mmat as a longterm hold. I don’t look at it as a trade but as an investment.
