Referrals

This is a bit off topic than stock talk, but has anyone else had issues with referrals and KYC? I got 3 new referrals during the AAPL promotion but all 3 friends told me that there were issues depositing money and getting Verified. This happened with my 1st referral and am wondering why this seems to be such an inssue? There are so many financial influencers promoting Webull with free stock promotionals, and I am wondering if this is like an achilles heel. Either way not trying be a shill I love MooMoo, just somewhat frustrated that this seems to be an ongoing thing (at least for my referrals). Seems like an easier way to connect a bank, or card to load money would easily resolve this issue.
