Can we trade META stocks on moomoo post merger???

$Torchlight Energy Resources Inc (TRCH.US)$ planning to hodl beyond merger. it's 1:1 meta stock for every trch stock held.

but are we going to be able to trade META on moomoo? did anyone check where it will be listed? since mmatf is not on US stock exchange.
