$Torchlight Energy Resources Inc(TRCH.US$ Think about it guys $METAMATERIAL EXCHANGECO INC(MMATF.US$ is doing good now. Dont see its price dropping anytime soon. Therefore currently TRCH is worth around $9 bucks now its still around about 30% gains even if you buy it now, unless u bought above $9 then maybe there could be some losses in the short term.

Yalole : No, TRCH is not worth 9. You must take into account the split ratio if you want to compare directly with MMATF. TRCH is only worth 25% of Meta after the merger, while MMATF is 75%. Note that the new Meta shares offered to MMATF holders is not by any form of public or private offering, meaning that it has to be by way of a stock split.
