70900497 : I would not buy now at this price because you won’t qualify for dividend. But definitely HOLD not only for dividend which to get max value out of you will also want to hold that prefered share through December 31. But also remember you will also get a share of mmat. Which is a great company. If it dips blow 3 shorts will likely jump out. They will not want to be short mmat if they can help it. If it gets below 4 it will be a good buying opportunity if you plan to hold mmat which is a very VERY good company to own. Just remember trch becomes mmat. Know what you own for all intents and purposes you own Mmat you’re are in a good spot
