$Torchlight Energy Resources(TRCH.US$ today is not giving cash dividend, I think all of us buy b4 22nd have a unknown stock in our wallet already right? this is the special dividend preferred share. preferred share is not cash, but end of the year will get dividend from TRCH when they sold their asset, will split to everyone. once the preferred share confirm in your wallet, u can sell away ur common TRch stock, ur preferred stock will not missing even u sold ur common stock. so result will only know by end of the year. correct me if i gave wrong info. thx

APE Dave : I think the anxiety is not on whether how the supposed dividend is payout, when is it payout. I think its the amount of the payout that keeps everyone on their toes.
劳皇 OP : Need to hold till today right? The common share. I wish 1-20 make it middle will do 10 per share. But dunno if they can succeed sold their asset. How if never sell? Wat will happen?
APE Dave 劳皇 OP : To me is really a bonus... for me, i paid 6.60 for a lottery ticket that has a prize money of 0.50 to 20? and i get to have 1/4 of the valuation of promising company that gained access into Nasdaq capital market. Cant complain much.
