250 actual shares for trading(slash by half)
500 preffered shares for dividend collection (no change)
OldNormanBates Sacadian : Your dividends shares of Preferred Class A Shares for the Dividend Placeholder will not be effected by the Split. They will not be cut in half. You will remain to own the amount of dividend shares you had based on June 24 Ownership (if you had Purchased by June 22 to meet requirements).... If you owned 100sh of TRCH on June 22-24,you will have 100 sh of dividend shares. Your shares of MMAT on Monday would be half of that, or 50shares,but price will be double of closed price today of 4.950. X2=9.900.okay?
