dividends ??
I am holding my position before 22june till even today, didn't sell at all. when will the dividends be pay out ?? is it end of year or what ?

APE Dave : you would have received the placement shares by now. they have a $0 value as of now till the assets of TRCH is sold. The value of the placement shares will then indicate how much you will receive. yes, you can sell off TRCH shares (renamed to MMAT) from 28th June, and you will still keep the dividend payout via the untradeable placement shares.

Violets APE Dave : hi.... not that you are the answer person LOL but where are you seeing your extra special dividend shares? I'm not seeing them although I see a message about two shares. but on this platform I only had 24 and now it says I have 26 shares

This is screenshot of mine. i have 1500 placement shares for dividend crediting when the TRCH assets are sold....
APE Dave Violets : currently it is labelled as "unknown stock" under the moomoo platform. managed to find it?

1. this is the placement shares where the assets will be credited once they are sold by TRCH.
2. My current TRCH shares holding.. of course they will be renamed under the new ticker MAAT coming monday.
(if you noticed, only 1500 of my shares are entitled to the dividend as the rest are bought after 24june)

70565712 : if you look down in your account with your positions right above your position it'll show you another torch position and will have the amount of shares and I'll just be a 0 on top but it's going to pay out through the end of the year but I imagine it'll be before that
