Flabulousity : you should have received an email that asks for your option. I’m new to this an mulling over whether to subscribe at $0.20 when NXYR is now only worth $0.031
In for the long run OP : thanks! In the end I bought with another broker due to the rights subscription. This counter has good prospect so think I will over subscribe too

In for the long run OP 102404982 : Yes it will be converted to ordinary shares. So you are buying it at a discount. But then again, there will be more shares in the market....
