user1528 : It's a reverse split. Merger was complete n annouched on Fri after trading hours. RS means 2:1 split, if u hold 100 trch shares now comes 50 shares. The avg value of shares in trch would have doubled. Ie previously avg was 5, now its 10. So the value of $$ stay the same. Just lesser shares n avg cost increased.
