Better way is to invest in user experience
The idea of teaching users how to use the app is a great idea to help users to get used to the app. However imho a better experience will be invest in user studies to improve user experience on the app. It is difficult for my elderly parents to understand how to use moomoo but they got used to tiger app pretty quickly on their own. I admit the UI for moomoo is much better but a good UX can catch more market.
