CS is the best place to ask why in this case, or other option trader. I don't do options, I've never learned how, so I'm definitely not the right person to ask. But, I hope you can get it solved quick, before you get booted. Try @moomoo Lily to ask why you are having problems about the game option and Moomoo giving message you will get account closed. Good Luck, try having a calm 3days away from the crazy market..

any Bob on why my account has been suspended? as well as when I contact customer asking the same question I get no response? WTF? it was just a week and a half ago it was frozen. and when I asked them why my account is being closed on the 28th of July to no avail can I get a response. there has to be some type federal employees that prevents no response to my questions. possibly causing me much loss in investments. your thoughts on this would be greatly appreciate it

like I said in the post on this ask @moomoo Singapore if you're in Singapore, or @moomoo Lily if you're not getting response direct from Customer Service for answers. I've never had problems getting responses from Lily....
