debt ratio nearing 40%

$Keppel DC Reit (AJBU.SG)$ the Dividend is about 3.34% @$2.45. they are much lower when compared to other quality REITS. This lost its 18% value since February. that is causing immense pressure to sell this stock. it's good to see the value if stock approaching the P/B value $2.07. it's looks like a value stock when compared to peers. But be cautious on its debt ratio sky rocking from 32% in 2016 to 40% as of today.
