Happy Independence Day to Americans! 🇺🇸

On this very special holiday for Americans, I was reminded of eating at $Shake Shack (SHAK.US)$ for the very first time several years ago! 🍔 We were in New York City 🗽 after an almost 24h flight + transit time, all the way from Singapore!

This recollection made me realize although travel may not be possible, we can enjoy a taste of holiday vibes through our tastebuds! Looking back, they could even be great investments -- Imagine investing in $Starbucks (SBUX.US)$ when it first expanded overseas, showing such growth potential. Now even far away from its Seattle hometown, it's in many of our malls too!

I'm grateful for America's ingenuity, a gift to the world. For example American food stocks like $Beyond Meat (BYND.US)$ are worth watching, given various environmental, health, and social movements becoming mainstream. And probably eating, when they come to our shores. Happy Independence Day, Americans!
