C w6 : The sec is essentially a sleeping giant, it's not that they don't exist or won't do anything but they require real evidence to do anything and are not the most active in hunting for it. I don't know why you are so worried though, it's not like it matters. They will cover sooner or later and as long as they don't have the shares on hand to do so you will get paid.
