How to know about vertical spread
doctorpot1 : can do covered call and cash secured put only.
cannot do any spread without additional margin requirement cause they will treat it as naked short for those short position. but if you have enough cash, then can.
I'm manage to do poor man's covered call a.k.a Long Call Diagonal Debit Spread, by topping up more cash into my account.
