Zepp Fundamentals Keep Getting Better

After the announcement from developer conference, $Zepp Health(ZEPP.US)$ has the potentials to be valued higher, coupled with the possible reversal due to expected sales improvement the rest of the year, ZEPP could surge to new all-time high to reflect all this optimism in the future.

In terms of popularity, Zepp Health is getting more and more attention from famous YouTubers and social media influencers who are bullish on it, and the popularity will gradually increase after their name and ticker change from Huami (HMI). Zepp Health officials have also begun to put more effort into investor relations, such as setting up IR accounts on Twitter and LinkedIn.

The product itself (such as Amazfit) has great user reviews. It is reported that it is now the number one in Brazil and number 4 globally. The large amount of health data collected due to its popularity and friendly pricing can potientially be analyzed by big data to fit their new health vision.

There should be a lot of room for growth in the future. For example, from the social media accounts it set up in multiple countries, I can see some of which are still in the initial stage and have a lot of room to grow, whereas some are already successful. Their app has a very high rating on app stores.

Besides the last earning call where seasonality was mentioned, past stock performance and Google Trends also confirm the seasonality pattern. Definitely keep an eye on ZEPP as it hopefully reverses from this season onwards.

One more thing, two famous YouTubers bought ZEPP at a higher price. One of them uses Moomoo and might even be reading this post. Having considered this and its current stock price being lower than the IPO price in 2018 (11 USD), this could be a real bargain.
