102938462 GJhhhh OP : In business world you need to fight for market share and it’s is undeniably free shares is a good tactic by moomoo. But unable to handle the service/system issue properly is another story, human are emotionally more affected by bad experience than good one.
I am talking about free shares being marketing cost of a trading platform provider and not something for customers to be thankful or not.
