If you ever want to know what kind of management is running ...

If you ever want to know what kind of management is running a company you want to invest in then check their SEC filings. Im invested in $Tilray Brands (TLRY.US)$ and they are wanting the investors to vote to grant them more shares to sell for “acquisitions.” Which is a little disrespectful to the investor after already granting them 700million shares and they havent made a profit or got the share price back up to what it IPO’d at. Another reason would be for the fact that they gave their CEOs and officers 100 million shares or about 1.5 billion dollars and dont forget the fact that they havent made a profit ever which should be a no brainer on giving out bonuses. But they do because what do they care its not their money but they still will have the balls to keep asking investors to keep voting for them. The share price would be around 30.00 right now if they werent giving out checks like its christmas every 2-3 months. The CEO for Tilray was paid in shares from January 2020, during covid and lockdowns when their business was struggling, to May 2021 150million dollars. Paid all this, while their business had its worst 6 quarters ever. So vote no,If you vote, on their asking for more shares. If they werent constantly cash in their free shares maybe the investors could make some money. Im sure thats asking to much of them.

  • iamiam : I wrote the board and investor relations asking for their assurance it wouldnt be used for bonuses in any form nor for acquisition in conflict of interest companies and I recieved no reply. the only company I have ever not recieved a response from, after a run up I'm dumping their s* for probably MO

  • Mcsnacks H Tupack OP iamiam : Yea I didnt know the ex-CEO was still being paid as much as he is. Every month on the 15th. I still can’t believe being paid 150million dollars for the worst year they ever had. Just company executives taking advantage of investors. I don’t mind bonuses but they should at least require them to purchase shares once or twice a Year to get it. I hate companies when executives never buy company shares but  are given thousands
