pruned my portfolio by selling stock “O” yesterday.
taught me the importance of using my own brain and conviction rather than believing the hype, and also dont be afraid to cut losses when the time comes for it.
redeployed capital from a sold loss stock might *potentially* earn you back what you’ve lost, provided DD is done.
backstory for my memory keepsake:
I first bought “O” in 2018, when i was 24/25.
at the entrance of an MRT gantry based on stock tip, only to see it fall. (i also did not use my brain to think it or do DD)
