Geely, Geely, and Sunwanda set up a joint venture

Geely Automobile: Geely Automobile (a subsidiary with 99% of the company's shares) and Sunwanda and Geely Automobile Group signed a joint venture agreement on July 27, 2021. Based on this, the contracting party agreed to establish a joint venture to develop, produce and sell hybrid battery cells, battery modules and battery packs.
