Tech Stock good earnings will be short lived

From global chip shortage to high quartely earnings, I feel we have yet see the impact of decreainf sales because there is still some surplus from chip manufacturers. For short term wise, I would think can invest on stable tech stock like $Apple (AAPL.US)$ or $Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM.US)$ but once the global shortage kicks in we will see a dip. What do the experts think?
