$Coinbase (COIN.US)$ , the US’s largest cryptocurrency trading exchange, will release its second-quarter earnings on Aug.10.
Since its initial public offering in April, Coinbase has been a very volatile stock as the cryptocurrency markets go through a major correction. Coinbase’s revenue is built almost entirely on the performance of $Bitcoin (BTC.CC)$ and $Ethereum (ETH.CC)$ , which have fallen from their peak this year. Nevertheless, both digital tokens have reversed from their lows during 2021 and have been moving higher in recent weeks.
Since cryptocurrencies get adopted by companies like $PayPal (PYPL.US)$ , more and more people start to believe their value as a currency. Shark Tank celebrity investor Kevin O’Leary also announced that he would be allocating 3% of his portfolio to bitcoin. Whether like it or not, no one can ignore its growing potential.

Crypto is a work in progress. Plenty of mistakes to be ironed out. Same thing when cars were invented.
