Anyway, if 2021 earning is double from 2020, my projected DCF is 1.85. If 2021 earning is the same as 2020 (unlikely becoz 2020 revenue is 515m while 1st half of 2021 is already 480m), my projected DCF is 1.5.

So now I'm thinking if I should add more to DCA till 1.5...

Looking at the rate they are generating revenue, and the price ppl pay for their houses now, this can still be running for new highs

If you are in at a high price, I suggest you just hodl(collect ard 5% dividend) or sell off if you cannot tank, if drop to 1.5-1.6 (very unlikely), can dca it
