Poor workmanship on existing projects

$Yongnam (Delisted) (AXB.SG)$ so far I see their workmanship quite bad. water leaks everywhere and want to use the cheapest price to solve the issue. and end up more issue. hearsay they have a few projects have water leaking problems that they cannot (or not willing to pay) solve
