whenever I “invest,” I set aside funds for averaging down to the next bottom. i assume my entry point is ill-timed. then i patiently(most of the time) wait until it hits my goal. finally, i will then ladder UP my sell orders to try to hit the top of each new high. after high, i continue selling back to near where my original sell floor was at. wash rinse repeat. if i get burned ( $Marin Software (MRIN.US)$ , $Meta Materials (MMAT.US)$ ), i baghold while averaging down daily/weekly... this method has involved one sale for loss since 2014- and it was a total 100% bankruptsy loss.
on the flip side, you could be waiting for years (remembering my gilead when it was ~100 way back when, oops) and missing out on better and mote lucrative alternatives during the same time frame.
not financial advice, just sharing my personal exp with this highly rigged rich and inbred nepotist wall street game that we have all been fooled (RobinFooled?) into calling legitimate and sound dd and traditional ta “investing.” hype(fake news) and momentum(manipulation) seem to hold much more weight these days. so use the tools provided, and always have a solid plan.
