MooSting : After ex-dividend on 5 Aug, it is normal to drop. So current reflect the special dividend to be paid.

maxlim : It dropped more than dividend. So there are reasons more than dividend that causes the drop. 1. Court case. But if you look deeper, i don think will impact much. I think market over reacted. 2. Margin for E and C is compressed. Not many new orders coming in also. 3. The next round of capital recycling will come but not so soon. Need to stablise the fund first and increase occupancy rate for their existing industrial properties. But i am sure there are plans. Look at the notes arrangement with 30 Bradford road as collateral. 4. Demand for the stock is low cos this is a good but boring company. The float so small. Pple don like boring company.
