Universal Stock Cards
So disappointed that Moomoo staff said we cannot use this stock card unless we have another BB stock card to be use together with these Universal stock card. This was contrary to what another Moomoo staff said. Previous staff said we can use the Universal Stock card for any stock valued at Ten dollars or below. Now i was told cannot be used at all. Disappointing. These stock cards become useless unless they give us another named Stock card.

@Blessedme I obviously don't understand Universal stock card rules, but given what you said about not being able to use it without another stock card -- What's the point of receiving it? Would it be useful if you were to purchase an identical Stock card? (If those are even available for purchase - I don't know if they are)
Dadacai energetic embers : I believe OP originally got GE stock cards but did not utilise the cards before the reverse split. The unused stock cards were then substituted by universal stock cards. He/she can wait to collect another stock card to be used with the universal stock cards. Currently, the paper trading competition (for SG users) offers BB stock cards as prizes.
Dadacai : Have you taken part in the paper trading competition so far? If you haven’t done so before, you can paper trade for a total of 7 days to get a BB stock card. If you have already got that, then either try to be in the top 100 In the competition or wait for another event.
Blessedme OP Dadacai : Have done paper trading everyday but sometimes it did not capture.
Blessedme OP energetic embers : i called to feedback to the staff that it would be useless without a name stock card like BB or other names. Hopefully the staff convey my feedback to the management.
Dadacai Blessedme OP : Is that regular paper trade or the competition (you must sign up for it)? The paper trade needs to be shown as filled. Paper trade simulates the real market conditions so if you do the paper trade outside trading hours, it won’t be successful. Likewise, the market price has to be within your paper trade limit price before it will be filled.
Dadacai : Just to clarify, the BB stock card for paper trading 7 days is a one-time reward. If you have received it from the previous season, you won’t get it again.
