$170 is an important support for Alibaba and i dont't see why it can't held it's support there, I mean the company is doing great in terms of growth, but government intervention is indeed a big problem for investors , but big coperate have their way to survive. And let's not forget, Alibaba is the largest e-commerce company in China and their cloud tech in growing steadily too
