股海无涯 回头不是岸 : Mgt fee 0.45% is part of expense ratio 0.62%. The expense ratio is deducted at fund level, & reflected in NAV/ etf price. Yes, can say no matter how the Fund performs, its NAV will be reduced by 0.62% p.a.
