Does history always repeat itself?
This is a very interesting topic, does history always repeat itself in the equity market? We had seen crashes in 2000 (dot com bubble) and 2008 (housing bubble), and we have continuous enjoy a 13 year bull run (minus away the black swan event in 2020 due to covid). Interesting question here will be if 2020 black swan event will be a reset for another 10 years of bull run, or are we at the end of the 13 years of bull run?
I believe time will tell, and with all the big data technologies that we have today, why we are not able to predict to a very high accuracy of where the market is going, and which stock is the winning stock? the answer likely is human, human is the unknown factors, that acts on emotions
we shall observe and see how the past will repeat itself

JT of Wall Street : Good observation. The thing that sets humans apart from the rest of the Universe, it can’t be shaped or reformed. It’s something that your parents gave you..even if you’ve never met them.
It’s the way the mind interprets others and the reaction to actions that make life what it is. It’s not what you do or say, it’s how you react. - My Dad
