$Futu Holdings Ltd (FUTU.US)$ there was announcement in chinese news that legislation passed China’s Data Security Law, which is more or less version of GDPR (EU), PDPA (SG), CCPA(USA). As all of FUTU subsidiaries have to deal with data privacy anyway and are regulated as broker, we can say that FUTU shouldn’t be affected, because as any financial organisation is already regulated to obtain licenses.

Hope futu can get crypto license in HK, Singapore and soon penetrate USA and kick $Robinhood (HOOD.US)$ butt , because FUTU offers DMA (direct market access ), unlike HOOD with order flow and selling the orders to market makers.
