$Baidu (BIDU.US)$ have been short this one since Bill Hwang news and doubled down after they made edtech non profit. Letting positions run but will close half if this regains $150 and close all when it goes back to pre-earnings. Of course if CCP clarifies its position then will have to close as well and probably flip.
