My personal thoughts

$Pfizer (PFE.US)$ vaccine has finally been officially approved by the FDA, however it's already early been administered to millions of people. Compared to other recently approved drugs which can also have huge positive impacts on peoples' lifes (eg. $Cara Therapeutics (CARA.US)$) I think the latter may have alot more room to run.
