With the approval from US FDA, more countries will be able to use US FDA as a reference agency for their local approval. Once the product becomes fully registered, it can be covered under insurance and also be used as regular vaccine and Governments can make it compulsory to be vaccinated. So sales for vaccine will only go up, imagine Pfizer’s vaccine will need a booster shot every 8 to 12 mths: there will be repeat sales all the way until the cure for Covid-19 is being discovered.
